As yet, this quilt, an illustration for a children's verse, is only stuck down with vliesofix. I intend to machine embroider it extensively and add a large border of squashed and stretched standard blocks. |
| This is also an unfinished quilt. I think it will have another border before I layer and quilt it. I started the centre part in a Ruth B McDowell workshop and added the three borders later. The six large delphinium florets in the second border are repeats of one of the florets on the centre delphinium stem. |

This quilt is the result of a Club Challenge. The Triple F challenge. We were randomly allocated a fat quarter to use and the patterns for a number of large, medium and small size blocks were given out each month for 3 months. |
| We were then free to put the blocks together as we chose. I put most of the set blocks on point to make a much larger quilt than most of the others entered. It is now my dining table cover |
